Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare recruitment plans.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.
Support onboarding activities and documentation for recent hires.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
