Create/update technical specifications.n
Coordinate with functional teams for support and development.n
Perform unit testing and issue resolution.n
Conduct root cause analysis and incident prioritization.n
Estimate efforts for enhancements and improvements.n
Identify automation prospects and support continuous improvements.n

Solid hands-on expertise in JDE toolset and technical development.n
Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model.n
