/ Responsibilities

We're looking for a energetic Works Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring protected production output, and meeting targets.

Safety:
Ensure secure systems.
Ensure implementation by people and equipment.

QC/QA Coordination:
Adherence to all compliances (GMP/FDA, Pollution, ISO, Others)

Production Planning:
Equipment Allocation
Manpower Planning.
Maintenance Planning.

Yield / Cost Control:
Process monitoring- RM consumption control.
Utility monitoring and control.

Desired profile of the candidate
BSc, MSc, BE/Btech Chemical
Experienced candidates with a Diploma will also be considered.
10+ years of hands-on experience in Plant Operation.

Experience in GMP, FDA, and ISO-compliant plants is a must.




Excellent understanding of chemical batch technology in a general-purpose multi-product environment
Demonstrable people skills, a team player, and the ability to coach.
Should have handled a team of supervisors and operators.
Excellent understanding of chemical manufacturing regulations in terms of safety and quality.
Experience in managing labor & labor contractors.

A hands-on manager who can quickly gain the respect of the workforce. Leadership qualities to drive through the necessary changes at the plant.
