Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho HRMS & Finance Specialist with hands-on experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Finance. The candidate should be capable of configuring, customizing, automating, and supporting Zoho applications based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage Zoho HRMS and Finance applications.
Work on Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Billing.
Manage HR processes including employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, timesheets, and payroll.
Manage finance processes including invoicing, expenses, payments, receivables, payables, and inventory.
Develop Deluge scripts, workflows, custom functions, and automation.
Configure forms, modules, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
Integrate Zoho applications with other systems using REST APIs and Webhooks.




Troubleshoot issues and provide functional and technical support.
Understand business requirements and implement suitable Zoho solutions.

Required Skills
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS and Finance applications.
Strong knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll.
Valuable knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Billing.
Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation.
Knowledge of Zoho Creator, REST APIs, and Webhooks is an advantage.
Positive understanding of HR and Finance business processes.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
