Conduct training sessions, create knowledge material, and enable junior engineers to independently use and develop Scilab-based solutionsn

Develop and maintain Scilab scripts for engineering, simulations, and data processingn
Collaborate with engineering teams to define automation solutionsn
Provide estimates and track tasks (JIRA)n
Perform testing, validation, and debuggingn
Build and maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines, automated build/test/deploy workflows.n
Mentor junior engineers and guide them in Scilab development, debugging, and problem-solving approachesn
Conduct hands-on sessions / code reviews to upskill team membersn
