Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate bills and handle cash/online payments.
Maintain product display and cleanliness at the counter.
Answer customer queries regarding products and pricing.
Manage stock information and report low inventory when required.
Achieve daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented.
