We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to assist in the execution of factory construction projects. The candidate will support day-to-day site activities, ensure work is carried out according to project plans, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with contractors and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Monitor civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely execution.
Assist senior engineers in planning and scheduling site activities.
Ensure quality standards are maintained during construction.
Monitor material usage and report shortages or delays.
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or quality concerns.
Verify completed work before submitting for inspection.
Attend site meetings and implement instructions from project managers.
Support commissioning and handover activities upon project completion.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering drawings.
Ability to read civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings (preferred).
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel if required.
Solid problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Candidates
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, or commercial construction projects.
Internship or project experience in construction will be an added advantage.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
