Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop system test validation engineering team in India based on global validation strategy.
Collaborate with global system test validation management and contribute to overall team success
Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1s and suppliers
Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts
Ensure explicit, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels
Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery
Ensure compliance with automotive standards, safety, and quality processes. Contribute to ASPICE and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or related discipline
7+ years of relevant engineering experience,



including team leadership or project leadership
Robust technical knowledge of automotive embedded systems and Testing, preferably ADAS
Solid understanding of Vehicle level Validation as well ass SIL/HIL testing
Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, NCAP, homologation and safety/quality processes.
Experience working with OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers. Understanding of automotive lifecycle and V-model.
Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities
Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results
