To plan and conduct MITR sessions at various schools
To create and track an effective impact evaluation process for the MITR program
To coordinate with the content team for content updation and enhancement
To identify and screen positive volunteering trainer/ freelancers for the MITR sessions and help to build a strong delivery team
To prepare proposals and customize programs to match school s expectations and need
To design various training intervention programs for stake holders, like teachers and parents
To coordinate with all the stake holders to roll out Train the trainer session for the freelance / volunteer trainers
To assist and contribute to the various content and training needs of Project PUTHRI
Good Oral communication, Relationship Building, Planning and execution skills, Valuable coordination Skills, Extrovert, Positive in MS Office and Passionate about women empowerment
Regional language Knowledge(Blr-Kanada & TN- Tamil) is a must
