Position: Production Artist

Job Description
Assist in carrying out the execution of design concepts across all media platforms.
Adapt existing templates for company, regional and community-specific marketing materials.
Collaborate with team members to interpret visual direction and meet project needs.
Maintain structured and organized file systems in accordance with marketing workflow processes.
Resize and reformat assets for various channels, ensuring layout and visual integrity.
Conduct pre-production quality checks and ensure assets meet technical specs and deadlines.
Perform high-end retouching and image editing on photos of homes, interiors, and communities—including object removal, sky replacement, lighting adjustments, and background cleanup.
Ensure image quality, consistency,



and color accuracy across all visual assets in alignment with brand standards.
Exhibit knowledge and understanding in creative marketing, design concepts, and current design and technology trends.

Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in production, image retouching, and graphic design.
Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; proficiency in Lightroom is a plus.
Working knowledge of digital asset types, resolution requirements, and color profiles (RGB/CMYK).
Solid photo editing & design portfolio.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
