We are looking for a driven sales skilled with 4–8 years of experience to lead business development and solution sales for smart workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B lead generation across commercial real estate, corporate clients, PMCs, and consultants. Deliver consultative, solution-focused pitches integrating IoT, lighting controls, HVAC, and workplace analytics. Partner with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and customer demonstrations.



Manage end-to-end sales pipelines through to contract closure and delivery handover.

What We’re Looking For: 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, MEP, ELV, commercial real estate, or building technology sectors. Solid network with architects, PMCs, consultants, or contractors. Exposure to solution-selling, project sales, or smart building automation. Excellent communication, presentation, and pipeline management skills.
