Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar EPC Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of solar projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of Solar PV EPC projects from site mobilization to commissioning and handover.
Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower, materials and resources.
Supervise installation of solar modules, structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling and electrical systems.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and internal teams.
Monitor project quality, safety, progress and costs.
Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, documentation and final project handover.




Prepare regular project progress reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
4–7 years of total technical/project execution experience.
Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on Solar EPC experience is mandatory.
Experience in C&I; Rooftop and/or Ground-Mounted Solar projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical works, installation and commissioning.
Positive understanding of SLD, BOQ, drawings and project planning.
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Solid leadership, communication and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Satara and nearby Maharashtra candidates preferred.
