Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to expand the customer base
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch-level business targets and contribute to the overall growth of the distribution network
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless banking experience for clients
Actively participate in community engagement activities to enhance the banks brand visibility and reputation
Continuously stay updated with market trends,



regulatory changes, and industry best practices to enhance the banks competitiveness

Requirements
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
Proficient in using relevant banking systems and digital tools to support customer interactions
