We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with 23 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. The candidate will handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and generate business leads
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Explain pharmaceutical products/services to customers
Maintain call records and customer databases
