Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Branch Incharge to lead branch operations, drive sales and revenue, and manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the travel industry, holiday packages, destinations, and excellent sales and leadership skills.

Eligibility - PG Diploma / MBA / equivalent qualification in Travel & Tourism or related field
5–15 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of destinations and tour packages
Excellent sales, communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team of 3–7+ members
Valuable knowledge of MS Office

Key Responsibilities - Achieve sales and revenue targets across GIT, FIT and MICE verticals




Promote the brand through direct marketing and community engagement - Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer/guest experiences
Supervise day-to-day team performance and align team goals with business objectives
Prepare and share accurate MIS reports, including feedback, concerns and actionable insights
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings - Provide market inputs to the product and marketing teams
Drive team productivity and overall branch performance Additional Information - Local candidates will be preferred
Candidates willing to relocate are also welcome - Interview process will involve 2–3 rounds depending on the candidate profile

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
