Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor civil construction and engineering activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors for smooth execution.
Monitor material usage and maintain accurate site records.
Track work progress, safety, and project timelines.
Identify and resolve basic site-related issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure proper execution of civil maintenance and repair work.
Support the day-to-day construction activities of multi-residential building projects.
