Job description:
Configure and maintain IT hardware and software including Desktops, Servers Managed Switches, Firewalls & Routers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, and other peripherals.
Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.




Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware issues.
Maintaining the records of IT inventory software and hardware peripherals up to date.
Solid working knowledge of Operating systems Windows 10, and above latest Operating Systems, Windows server 2016, 2019, iMac, and above other systems.
Basic Networking capabilities that include knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, and Servers.

Timings: Should be adaptable to work in rotational shift. Based on the requirement shift timings may change.
