Roles and responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end shipments, ensuring timely execution and compliance with customer requirements.
Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and internal teams to facilitate seamless shipment movement.
Coordinate with shipping lines for booking confirmations, container release, rollovers, amendments, and sailing schedules.
Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and customer data in the company's ERP/CRM systems.
Build and maintain robust skilled relationships with customers, shipping lines, and business partners to ensure service excellence.
