Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
Experience configuring search relevance, indexing, and analytics.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations.
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Good to Have:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience with GenAI Search, Virtual Agent, and Employee Experience modules.
Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.

Essential:
Design, develop,



and maintain ServiceNow Knowledge Management solutions.
Configure and optimize Knowledge Search, AI Search, and Search Sources within ServiceNow.
Implement and customize Knowledge Bases, Knowledge Articles, Categories, and User Criteria.
Develop and enhance search functionalities in Employee Center, Service Portal, and Knowledge Management modules.
Configure search indexing, relevance tuning, synonyms, stop words, and search analytics.
Integrate ServiceNow Knowledge Management with external systems and enterprise content repositories.
Create and maintain custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and UI policies.
Troubleshoot search-related issues and optimize platform performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production deployments.

Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
