Roles & Responsibilities
The role is for a Data Scientist / AIML Engineer / Gen AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize production-grade AI applications. The position focuses on AI system design, RAG workflows, LLM-based solutions, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems.
The candidate will work closely with engineering and business teams to develop reliable AI products, integrate APIs, and continuously improve performance in a production setting.
Design scalable and reliable AI systems
Improve production readiness, maintainability, and performance of AI solutions
Perform root cause analysis and debugging of AI pipelines
Develop automated evaluation, validation, and testing strategies
Design LLM workflows with structured outputs, validation, retrieval, and business rules
Create and maintain RAG pipelines and AI agent frameworks
Perform data analysis, model evaluation, and performance optimization
Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions into products and platforms
Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI systems
