Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to develop recent customers, generate sales enquiries, promote our products, and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach current potential customers.

Visit customers, factories, warehouses, shops, supermarkets, offices, and other commercial establishments.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Promote and sell storage racks, supermarket racks, industrial racks, and related products.

Generate enquiries and follow up on quotations regularly.

Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the office/team.

Negotiate with customers and work towards closing sales.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

Coordinate with the production, accounts, and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Maintain records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

Ensure timely payment follow-up from customers where required.





Develop long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

Ability to negotiate and convince customers.

Good follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge, including WhatsApp, email, and MS Excel.

Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Knowledge of industrial/storage racks or related products will be an advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in sales is preferred.

Freshers with valuable communication and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and suitability for the position, along with performance-based incentives.

Number of new customers generated

Enquiries and quotations generated

Sales achieved

Conversion of enquiries into orders

Customer follow-up and relationship management

Achievement of monthly sales targets
