We are looking for a solid L&D; Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs that improve employee skills, performance, leadership capabilities, and career development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs through discussions, surveys, and performance data.
Design and deliver technical, behavioural, communication, and leadership programs.
Develop training calendars, learning materials, assessments, and feedback forms.
Coordinate with internal trainers, business leaders, and external training partners.
Manage LMS activities, attendance, completion records, and learning dashboards.
Conduct induction and employee-development programs.
Measure training effectiveness and present L&D; reports to management.
Support competency mapping,



succession planning, and career-development initiatives.
Use AI tools to create learning content, assessments, and personalized learning plans.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in training needs analysis and instructional design.
Knowledge of LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
Robust reporting and data-analysis capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple learning programs independently.
