Job Title: Agentic AI Product Team

Role: Software Engineer - Hybrid

Location: Chennai

Role Description:
InteliSense is an enterprise AI contact center platform (voice + chat) spanning two independent deployment stacks an Azure/LangGraph stack and an AWS stack (Amazon Connect + Bedrock AgentCore).

Responsibilities:
Own Agent design and Orchestration
Build recent self-service and specialized agent
Wire up Tool/MCP Integrations
Design and Build HITL flows for Production Voice / Chat

Must-Have Technical Skills:
Robust hands-on experience with LangGraph or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
Robust hands-on experience with Azure AI Search (or equivalent Elasticsearch/OpenSearch/Pinecone/Weaviate) including hybrid search and reranking.
Experience with embedding models, chunking strategies, and index design for RAG at production scale.
Experience with LLM API Integration.
Solid Python and FastAPI experience.
Experience designing multi-agent systems— supervisor/specialist patterns, tool-calling agents, agent-to-agent handoff
Familiarity with MCP ,



building or consuming MCP servers as agent tools
Experience with Redis for session/state persistence
Understanding of HITL design patterns for production conversational AI (escalation, confirmation gates, failure routing)
Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
Comfortable working with REST/Graph APIs as agent tools

Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience with Amazon connect and Bedrock AgentCore.
Experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLM APIs in a production Agent context.
Familiarity with LangSmith or other LLM Observability/eval tooling.
Experience with Voice channel agent design.
Background in contact center /ITSM domains.
Exposure to Prompt Engineering for structured agent behavior.
Experienced in MangoDB for document/session storage.
Exposure to Azure Functions or serverless ingestion pipelines.
Experienced with Voice AI Pipelines.
Experienced in Information Retrieval or NLP Search.
