Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 02 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English, presentable /sometimes they to go to branches and counsel parents
Solid listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organised.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle parent concerns professionally.
