Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents within the assigned territory

Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

Prepare and present reports on agency performance and development activities to senior management

Skills and Tools Required
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with agents and clients
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve their targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and agent performance
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred
A bachelors degree in business or a related field is advantageous
