Role & responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) audits.
Evaluate compliance with applicable EHS laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Assess and improve Process Safety Management (PSM) and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Perform workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Develop audit reports with actionable recommendations and track closure of observations.
Design and deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Evaluate emergency preparedness plans, conduct mock drills, and recommend improvements.
Support clients in implementing best practices for occupational health and process safety.
Coordinate with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

Preferred candidate profile




Robust knowledge of EHS legislation and statutory compliance.
Audit planning, execution, and reporting.
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA).
Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis.
Emergency Response Planning.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Industry Experience : Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are preferred: Chemical /Pharmaceutical /Steel /Paint /Cement /Electronics/Automobile
