Key Responsibilities:
Handle all litigation and legal recovery matters of the company.
Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with external advocates and represent the company before courts and tribunals, wherever required.
Manage debt recovery cases and settlement negotiations.
Monitor case progress and ensure timely closure of legal matters.
Provide legal support to internal stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
Preferred Profile:
Qualified lawyer with experience in litigation and recovery.
Solid knowledge of civil, commercial, and recovery laws.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
