Role & responsibilities
Itinerary Planning & Design: Create tailormade domestic and international travel itineraries (FIT & GIT) tailored to client budgets and preferences.
GDS & Ticketing: Issue, re-issue, re-route, and cancel flight tickets using Amadeus or Galileo GDS systems.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Negotiate rates and coordinate bookings with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and visa processing agents.
Client Engagement: Manage end-to-end sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings, providing expert destination recommendations and handling objections.
Documentation & Visas: Assist clients with visa application procedures, travel insurance, and required travel documentation.
Operations Support: Address on-trip emergencies or schedule updates promptly to ensure seamless passenger experiences.

Preferred candidate profile
Should have valuable knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, and drafting emails.
Should have positive sales and convincing skills.
Should have knowledge of Domestic or/and International destinations.
