Speciality Restaurants Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associates to join our restaurant teams across Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad.
What you'll do
Welcome and interact with guests with a warm and positive attitude
Take orders and ensure accurate and prompt service
Serve food and beverages as per company standards
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service
Coordinate with the kitchen and other restaurant teams for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
Handle guest queries and requests professionally
Who we're looking for
Hotel Management / Hospitality graduates or diploma holders preferred
Freshers are welcome
Candidates with 03 years of experience in F&B; / restaurant service are preferred
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Well-groomed and customer-oriented
Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays
