Locations - Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kakinada, Bangalore, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
Drive life-insurance sales through bank branches and bank customer relationships.
Generate leads from existing/walk-in bank customers and convert them into policies.
Work closely with Branch Managers and bank staff to generate business.
Conduct product presentations and explain insurance/financial solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business targets.
Build and maintain relationships with bank partners and customers.
Train/motivate bank employees to identify insurance prospects.
Track daily sales, leads, conversion and performance MIS.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC and compliance with IRDAI/company guidelines.
Provide customer service and support for existing clients.
Reporting will be to the Area Head.
