We are seeking an experienced Network Lead to design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across multi-site environments. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco networking technologies, along with hands-on experience managing security platforms including Palo Alto and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls. This role involves leadership responsibilities, architecture planning, troubleshooting, security enforcement, and coordination with cross-functional IT teams.
Lead enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure operations and projects.
Design, configure, and maintain:




Aruba wireless and switching solutions
Ruckus wireless infrastructure
Cisco routers, switches, and network services
Palo Alto firewalls
Fortinet FortiGate security appliances
Manage network security policies, VPNs, NAT, segmentation, and access controls.
Implement high availability and redundancy solutions.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security incidents.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for routing, switching, wireless, and firewall issues.
Lead network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure refresh initiatives.
Configure and maintain:
VLANs
STP/RSTP/MSTP
OSPF/BGP/EIGRP
QoS
DHCP/DNS
SD-WAN
NAC solutions
Conduct wireless site surveys and optimization.
Maintain documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and change records.
Collaborate with security, systems, cloud, and application teams.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
