JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE/ SENIOR ASSOCIATE, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & BUSINESS OPERATIONS (CONTRACTUAL)

LOCATION: GHANSOLI, NAVI MUMBAI, INDIA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable Operations
Vendor invoices booking in SAP with complete knowledge of P2P process and maintain supporting documentation.
Track vendor payments and ensure timely settlement as per credit terms.
Prepare weekly AP ageing reports.
Maintain vendor KYC records.
Perform daily bank reconciliations.
Management Reporting & Finance Operations
Prepare MIS reports and expense schedules for management.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and cash balances.
Prepare monthly creditor ageing reports.

Maintain:
Fixed Asset Register
Depreciation schedules
Prepaid expense register
Accrual and provision schedules
Support content accounting, amortization, and revenue reporting.
Review TDS provisions and payment tracking.
Coordinate month-end expense closing activities.
Audit Support
Support Internal Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, and Statutory Audit.
Prepare audit schedules such as:
AP ageing
Qualified fees




Legal expenses
Fixed assets
Prepaid expenses
Accruals and provisions
Assist in fixed asset verification and auditor queries.
Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance
Track invoices pending payment beyond 180 days for GST compliance.
Follow up on Input Tax Credit (ITC) mismatches in GSTR-2B.
Issue TDS certificates to vendors quarterly.

REQUIREMENTS:
B.Com Graduate
3 5 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
SAP (significant advantage)
Accounts Payable process
GST compliance
TDS calculations and compliance
Bank Reconciliation
MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, MIS reporting)
Financial reporting and bookkeeping
