URGENT REQUIREMENT SMT OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities
Operate SMT machines including Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Pick & Place / Mounter, Reflow Oven and AOI.
Load and verify PCB boards, component reels and feeders as per BOM.
Perform machine setup, feeder loading and model changeover.
Monitor machine operation, production output and machine alarms.
Check component placement, solder paste printing and PCB quality.
Identify defects such as missing components, wrong components, misalignment and soldering defects.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report major machine/process issues.
Maintain production records, machine logs, rejection data and material consumption.
Follow ESD, 5S, safety, quality and company SOP requirements.
Handle electronic components, PCBs, solder paste,



stencils and consumables carefully.
Perform basic machine cleaning and operator-level preventive maintenance.
Support daily production, quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of SMT and PCB assembly.
Ability to identify electronic components.
Ability to read work instructions and BOM.
Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Qualification

12th Pass / ITI / Diploma

Electronics / Electrical / E&TC; qualification preferred.

Experience
Freshers: ITI / Diploma candidates can apply.
Experienced: 1–3 years in SMT / PCB Assembly / Electronics Manufacturing preferred.
Experience with Fuji, Yamaha, Juki, Panasonic, ASM or similar machines will be an advantage.
