Collection Executive Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for overdue loan payment collections.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Explain outstanding balances, payment schedules, and available repayment options.
Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining a skilled and customer-friendly approach.
Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments and collections.
Update customer interactions and payment status accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for account resolutions and payment confirmations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and collection ethics.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Telecalling, BPO, or the Financial Services industry.




Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.
Graduation preferred (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
