We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across multiple teams in a scaled SAFe setting. This role demands solid expertise in JIRA management, Agile reporting, and hands-on execution within SAFe setups, along with the ability to enable high-performing, self-organizing teams. This position involves close collaboration with US-based stakeholders and requires flexibility to work during India–US overlapping hours, including late evenings when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a SAFe Scrum Master (2+ years hands-on) for multiple Agile teams
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and drive team maturity & delivery predictability
Own end-to-end JIRA management:
Boards, workflows, backlog hygiene
Dashboards, reporting, and metrics tracking
Track and report key metrics: velocity, burndown,
throughput, capacity
Proactively manage impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies
Ensure alignment with PI planning and sprint commitments
Act as an Agile Delivery Lead to meet sprint and ad-hoc priorities
Promote best practices: user stories, CI/CD, ATDD/TDD, automation
Coach teams on Agile principles and foster ownership & accountability
