The role offers an opportunity to work in a US-based business workplace and gain hands-on exposure to US Accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Record journal entries and maintain accounting records. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment records. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. Maintain accurate documentation and supporting schedules. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Follow accounting procedures and internal controls. Requirements B.Com / B.Com (Hons.) / M.Com / MBA (Finance)



or relevant qualification. 1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience. Good understanding of accounting principles, AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations. Positive working knowledge of MS Excel. Experience with Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication. Willingness to learn US Accounting. Willingness to work US night shifts. Important This is a 100% onsite position in Mohali.
