Job DescriptionJob Title: Junior US HR Operations Associate Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag) Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) Experience: 2 to 6 Years About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior US HR Operations Associate to support HR operational activities for our US workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRIS systems while ensuring compliance with US HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with a high level of accuracy. Process employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations. Support perks administration and employee documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and US employment regulations. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data audits as required. Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Payroll, and Benefits teams. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.



Participate in process improvement initiatives and HR projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration. Good understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR processes. Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Preferred Skills Exposure to US HR Operations and employee data management. Knowledge of US employment practices and compliance requirements. Experience in Shared Services or Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
