N nAs we grow, we are looking for a Graphic Designer / Visual Content Designer to join our in-house team and take ownership of the visual identity and creative content used across our marketing and digital channels. N The Role nYou will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, our website and mobile application . NWe are looking for someone who is comfortable working across different formats—from a simple social media post to short motion graphics, campaign creatives, app visuals and marketing collateral. NYou will work closely with our internal team and external marketing/campaign partners to turn campaign ideas and briefs into compelling visual communication. N Key Responsibilities n N Create creative and engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, reels and digital campaign creatives N Design creatives for Meta and other digital advertising campaigns N Develop short motion graphics, animated posts and simple video content for social media and marketing campaigns N Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, banners,



standees and promotional materials N Design visual assets for website and mobile application , while maintaining consistency with the brand N Work with the marketingteam and external agencies to develop creatives based on campaign objectives and briefs N Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats required for various platforms N Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, visual themes, content formats and creative directions N Maintain and strengthenQurocare's visual identity across all communication channels N Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines N Keep up with current design, social media and digital content trends Nn What We're Looking For Nn Strong visual sense and understanding of design, typography, composition, colour and branding N Good proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or equivalent N Ability to create social-media-first content that is visually engaging and communicates quickly N Basic ability to create motion graphics / animations / short-form video content N Ability to take a briefand independently develop a creative concept N Good understanding of different digital formats and platform requirements N Attention to detail andability to maintain consistency across multiple creatives N Ability to work in a quick-paced startup environment and handle multiple priorities N Good communication and collaboration skills N A portfolio demonstrating your actual design work N Good to Have nn Experience working with healthcare, consumer, technology or startup brands N Experience creating Meta ad creatives N Experience with motion graphics, Reels or short-form video N Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design N Basic understanding of digital marketing and how creative influences engagement and conversion N Photography, video shooting or editing skills N Who Would Be a Good Fit?
