Job Description Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant – Core HR, Absence & OTL N Experience: 7–10 Years N Location: Hyderabad N Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 Days N Employment Type: Full-Time N n About the Role NWe are hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation for a MEA customer . N nThe consultant will work from our Hyderabad offshore delivery center and collaborate closely with onsite SMEs and business stakeholders. N n Key Responsibilities Nn Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions. N Configure and support Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL modules. N Configure enterprise structures including: NnLegal Entities, Business Units, Departments, Positions, Grades, and Workforce Structures Nn Configure and support employee lifecycle processes across Core HR. N Configure Absence Management , including: NnAbsence Plans, Accruals, Eligibility Profiles, Absence Types and Approval Workflows Nn Configure Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), including: NnTime Entry Layouts, Time Calculation Rules, Time Consumer Setups, Time Processing Profiles, NTime Approval Workflows and Time Card Validation Rules Nn Perform SIT, UAT, defect analysis, resolution, and functional testing . N Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user support materials.



N Provide implementation and production support from an offshore delivery model. N Coordinate with onsite SMEs, business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders. N Support integrations between OTL and Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Time . N Participate in requirement workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder meetings. Nn n Mandatory Requirements Nn 7–10 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM. N Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM . N Strong functional expertise in: N Core HR n Absence Management N Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) N Experience in at least 1–2 Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation projects . N Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support. N Robust knowledge of Workforce Structures and Employee Lifecycle processes . N Strong hands-on experience with Absence Plans, Accruals, Eligibility Profiles, and Approval Workflows . N Strong OTL experience covering Time Entry, Time Cards, Time Calculation Rules, Time Processing Profiles, and Time Approval . N Experience working withoffshore/onsite delivery models. N Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills. N Ability to independently handle functional configuration and testing activities. Nn n Preferred Skills Nn Experience integrating OTL with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Time . N Experience working on large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. N MEA region implementation/support experience. N Experience in SIT/UAT coordination and production support. Nn
