Job Description Key Accountabilities N nn Supports demand management in the ideation phase and early stages of the Digital Technology (DT) projects. N Executes Change Management activities utilizing T-shape model (broad P2P techno-functional skills combined with deep expertise in one or more application areas e.G. SAP MM/VIM, Concur) N Provides solutions thatare compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability. N Ensures quality and consistency with functional template design for deployments. N Monitors the market to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging technologies in own area of expertise. N Build and maintain strong relationship with Finance process owners (globally) and becomes a trusted advisor for business processes covered in own area of expertise (P2P – Finance) N Lead and/or participatein projects covering the SAP FICO domain including integration with other SAP modules and applications N Supports demand management in defining project charters and translation into detailed requirements – in line with Nouryon’s project methodology. N Translates business requirements into solutions and/or solution directions. N Defines, agrees and communicates the roadmap for the applications in scope. N E2E ownership of assigned CRs; including impact assessment, solutioning, build and deployment. Ensures managed deployments of CRs. N Keeps relevant documentation and CMDB up-to-date for the business processes and applications in scope. N Ensure quality and consistency with template design for deployments – check of designs and build.

N E2E management of CRs process in line with the DT Operating Model N Pro-actively supports Finance business leads and other stakeholders regarding IT related topics Nn n We believe you bring Nn Background: SAP FICO professional in IT (in-house or consultancy roles) N Professional with around 7-10 years of experience in the SAP P2P domain including at least 5 years hands-on experience with SAP VIM / OpenText solutions. Nn n We believe you are ... Nn Master’s degree in business management, computer science, or a related field of study N Taking Responsibility N Prioritizing & Organizing work N Impactful reporting N Embedding ChangenCoordinating between different business and DT functions N Good communicator and influencer: Ability to influence internal and external parties and communicate clearly in at different levels. Fluent in written and spoken English. N Used to working in a global environment and familiar with regional specifics. N Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of recent trends and technologies, especially in the SAP ecosystem. N Solves problems using knowledge, experience, and analysis of available information. N Broad knowledge and experience of architecture, technology platforms and business domains with relevant experience in SAP FICO (Expertise area: P2P applications like SAP VIM, Concur, OpenText, Tax solutions and integration with Ariba and SAP MM). N Hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation projects and programs. N Knowledge of and experience in technical components of OpenText is a strong pre. N Preferably knowledge ofCelonis (process mining) and reporting tools (Azure, PowerBI). Nn
