NThis is not a bulk data-entry position. Lead accuracy, relevance and commercial potential are more important than volume. NKey Responsibilities Nn Research international industries, markets and target accounts N Understand and refine Ideal Customer Profiles N Identify high-fit companies and relevant buying signals N Find the correct decision-makers and influencers N Verify professional emails, designations and company information N Analyse company needs, growth signals and potential pain points N Score, segment and prioritise prospects N Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI and sales-intelligence platforms N Prepare account summaries and personalised outreach angles N Maintain accurate CRM and prospect databases N Monitor lead quality, bounce rates and sales-team acceptance N Analyse which markets and lead sources generate better opportunities NnCandidateRequirements Nn 2–4 years of experience in sales intelligence, lead research,



market research or B2B lead generation N Experience researching international SaaS, software or IT markets N Advanced internet-research and analytical skills N Strong written English and commercial understanding N Proven ability to identify relevant companies and decision-makers N Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting databases N Strong knowledge of data verification, enrichment and segmentation N Ability to identify buying signals and qualification criteria N Proficiency in CRM platforms and spreadsheets N Comfortable using AI for research and data analysis N Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently N Willing to work from the Ambawadi office during the stated hours NnPerformance Measures Nn Relevance and quality of identified companies N Accuracy of decision-makers and contact information N Verified-email and low-bounce rates N Percentage of leads accepted by the sales team N Positive responses and opportunities from researched accounts N CRM accuracy and timelydelivery of qualified leads NnCompensation NFixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹45,000 per month, based on experience, research capability and demonstrated results.
