NRole OverviewnTherole will focus on B2B sales, business development and key account management, with a strong focus on Ice Cream and Dairy accounts across South India. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts and driving long-term business growth. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Develop and grow key accounts across Ice Cream, Dairy, Bakery and Confectionery. N Identify and convert new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle. N Build solid relationships with key decision-makers at food manufacturing companies. N Specifically target candidates who have handled Ice Cream accounts and have strong relationships within the South Indian Ice Cream industry. N Understand customer requirements and work with technical/R&D; teams to provide suitable ingredient solutions. N Manage pricing, negotiations, contracts,



customer development plans and new product launches. N Track sales pipeline, forecasts and account performance. N Identify market trends and opportunities for new product development and business expansion. NnCandidate Profile Nn 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the Food Ingredients / Specialty Ingredients / Food Industry. N Strong experience in Ice Cream and/or Dairy accounts is highly preferred. N Candidates currently handling Ice Cream manufacturers/accounts in South India will be preferred. N Strong existing networkand relationships with major Ice Cream/Dairy manufacturers. N Proven track record in business development, hunting and key account management. N Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. N Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
