Role Overview

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience at the Katra property. This includes managing front office operations, assisting in day-to-day hostel activities, and ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Front Office

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach
- Manage check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest queries, calls, and requests efficiently

Administration & Coordination

- Maintain and update records, files, and documents
- Manage incoming calls and coordinate with relevant teams




- Create and maintain basic reports and spreadsheets

Cash Handling & Inventory

- Handle cash transactions, vouchers, and invoicing
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure stock availability
- Manage and order monthly supplies

️ Operations Support

- Assist in food and beverage service when required
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily operations
- Take ownership of the property in the absence of the Property Manager

Eligibility & Experience

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in front office / hospitality operations
- Experience in cash handling and administrative tasks
- Degree in Hospitality Management preferred

Key Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first approach with a friendly and energetic personality
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and record management
