Zoffer is building AI-based Accounting and Finance Intelligence for India's SMEs.

Live product. Paying users. Incubated at NSUT. Capital raised.

We are looking for a CTO who will own the complete technology of the company, not report to someone, but build and lead it.

What you will do:

- Own the full tech stack end to end - architecture, development, deployment, scaling
- Build and improve the AI pipeline (OCR, extraction, prompt engineering, model orchestration, evals)
- Ship production features that paying users depend on
- Lead the engineering team and set the technical direction
- Work directly with the founder on product and business decisions

What we are looking for:

- Can build and ship full-stack products with full ownership
- Insanely curious about AI applications (OCR, prompting, model orchestration, RAG, evals)
- Has prior experience deploying and maintaining production systems
- Can lead a team and take complete accountability
- Wants equity , not just a salary - this is a co-founding role

Our tech stack:

- React 18, Type Script,



Express.js, PostgreSQL (Dashboard)
- Python, Flask, Google Gemini, Lang Chain (AI/backend)
- Twilio Whats App, Zoho Books integration
- Railway deployments, Neon Postgres

Must have a todu factor:

- Tier 1 college (IIT / BITS / NIT / NSUT / IIIT / DTU), or
- Product company with a known engineering bar, or
- Open source contributions with real usage

Compensation:

- CTO-level equity (direct shares)
- Basic compensation
- You are building with the founder, not for the founder

Location:

Delhi NCR preferred. Remote works initially, but this role moves to in-person as the team grows.
