ERP: SAP Business One

We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst with a robust combination of Finance, SAP Business One, SQL, Power BI and Data Analytics skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Management team to transform financial and operational data from SAP Business One into meaningful management reports, automated dashboards, KPI analysis and decision-support insights .

Key Responsibilities

- Extract, structure and analyze financial and operational data from SAP Business One .
- Develop and automate management reports using SQL, Power BI, Power Query and Excel .
- Build dashboards for revenue, profitability, gross margin, expenses, working capital and other key financial KPIs.
- Develop customer, product, division and project-wise profitability analysis.
- Prepare and automate Budget vs Actual and variance analysis.
- Develop AR ageing, collection performance and DSO analysis.
- Analyze inventory ageing, slow-moving inventory and working-capital trends.
- Support cash-flow reporting and financial forecasting.
- Identify trends, exceptions and performance gaps and present actionable insights to Finance Management.
- Improve and automate existing finance reporting processes.




- Explore the use of AI and automation tools to enhance financial analysis and management reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Data Analytics, Finance Systems, BI or Management Reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Business One and its financial and operational data.
- Strong SQL knowledge and ability to develop SAP B1 queries.
- Good experience with Power BI, Power Query and DAX .
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR/AP, Inventory, Gross Margin, Budgeting and Financial KPIs .
- Ability to convert business and finance requirements into automated reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage

- SAP Business One Crystal Reports experience.
- Experience with Python, Power Automate or similar automation tools.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude for financial analytics and reporting.
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, contracting or project-based organizations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
