We are seeking a Cloud Ops Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and cost efficiency of our AWS Infrastructure. You will own incident management, lead troubleshooting of production issues, and drive continuous optimization across our cloud operations. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in AWS services, security vulnerability remediation, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high availability and strengthening our security posture.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Incident Management & Operations

• Lead incident response; conduct RCA and implement preventive measures

• Monitor AWS infrastructure 24/7 via Cloud Watch; escalate and resolve issues

• Maintain SLAs/SLOs; track and report uptime metrics to leadership

2. Infrastructure Management & Optimization

• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, databases)

• Execute OS upgrades, patches,



and security updates on production systems

• Optimize AWS costs; identify and implement rightsizing and savings opportunities

3. Security & Compliance

• Manage vulnerability assessments using Qualys, Crowd Strike, or similar tools

• Remediate security findings; ensure IAM policies and access controls are current

• Support compliance audits and maintain security posture

4. Communication & Reporting

• Communicate technical issues clearly to management, engineering, and business stakeholders

• Deliver incident reports, post-mortems, and optimization recommendations

• Support cost analysis and savings tracking

Significant:

Shift Timings : 9 A.M – 6 P.M (Indian Standard Time). Work from office minimum 2 days/week.

Flexible to work in non-business hours to support resolution of critical issues to meet SLA/KPIs and support teams for major project/product launch.
