- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience or understanding of rolling stock maintenance (preferably 6-8 years)
- Knowledge of rail depot operations and rail industry regulations
- Familiarity with SAP - GSI and Network Rail Rules and Regulations
- AIR (Agile, Inclusive & Responsible) values behavior
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team
