- Leading and supervising maintenance activities across three rotational shifts
- Performing maintenance and troubleshooting through HMI of critical CNC/PLC machines
- Maintaining utilities such as compressors, generators, EOT cranes, pumps, and accessories
- Enhancing safety and TPM initiatives
- Managing spares inventory and optimizing maintenance costs
- Training and developing team members, with a focus on performance evaluation

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience in mechanical maintenance within medium to heavy industry
- Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with CNC machinery, laser cutting, and welding equipment
- A certification in 5S, Six Sigma, TPM, or TQC is advantageous
- Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and experience with SAP/ARIBA for procurement
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with OEMs and vendors
