Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Training: Plan, organize, and conduct training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors. They may also develop training materials, courses, and outlines, and edit audio and video for training.
- Record keeping: Prepare and maintain training records, course rosters, and completion cards.
- Assessments: Conduct assessments based on training.
- Safety culture: Work to create a safety culture that is embedded in all aspects of the company's operations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with management and other HSE professionals to identify training needs.
- Communication: Communicate with team members and managers about safety protocols and potential hazards.
- HSE campaigns: Assist in HSE campaigns.
- External training: Coordinate with external training providers

Skill Requirements:

- Must be at least a Diploma/ Graduate in engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical /Civil/ Construction Management/ Environmental Science from a recognized institution.
- Must have SCTE & VT/ AICTE recognized degree or diploma in Industrial Safety from state and central Govt recognize institute or NEBOSH IGC.




- Must Have worked for 7 years or more ( post – engineering experience) as on date of deployment in the field of construction, out of which at least 5 years should be in HSE function and training ( post safety qualification experience).
- Must be a certified internal/lead Auditor for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 preferably be fluent in English, Hindi and local language.
- Must have working proficiency in Computer operation including MS Office, Power Point etc.
- The candidate shall be neither younger than 30 years nor older than 50 years. He shall have sound health to withstand tough site conditions and extreme weather. A medical checkup certificate from a Qualified Doctor (Min

- Good learner and ability to move anywhere.
