Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for telecom products and services.
- Conduct testing and evaluation of telecom systems, components, and software to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and product management to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.




- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and reduce defects.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering in the telecom industry.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or TestRail.
- Robust understanding of telecom standards and protocols (e.g., GSM, CDMA, LTE, VoIP).
- Experience in automated testing and test script development is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
